For our 2 year old students: Classes will focus on learning basic social skills such as sharing and manners, and will introduce elementary educational skills. Children will learn to spell their first names and will practice tracing capital letters. Children will be introduced to the alphabet, days of the week and weather concepts through songs and circle time. Children will learn about numbers, shapes and colors by playing age appropriate games. Students will participate in art, music and story time. A daily snack is provided.

For our 3 year old students: Classes will focus on colors, numbers, letters, families, animals, our bodies/good nutrition/hygiene and proper manners. Students will learn to spell and trace their first names, and we will work toward writing our names. Beginning in January, we will have “Show and Tell” monthly to allow the students to get to know each other better, encourage self-confidence and to improve language skills. Students will participate in art, music and story time. A daily snack is provided.

Enrichment Day for 2 & 3 year olds
Fridays, 9 - 11:30 AM
The Enrichment Day program is only open to 2 & 3 year old students currently enrolled in either a M/W or T/Th class. The children will reinforce their classroom skills at circle time followed by the daily ELA lesson, which will consist of an age appropriate story followed by a time of art and crafts. Enrichment day lessons will range from alphabet and phonics skills, to printing and scissor-skills activities.
For our 4 year old students: Classes will focus on building the skills necessary to succeed in kindergarten. Students will advance their number skills by learning beginning counting and grouping. Students will advance their reading skills by learning about rhyming and phonics, as well as proper handwriting techniques. Students will advance their science skills by learning about nature, seasons and weather. The children will continue to learn about good nutrition/hygiene & physical education, different types of occupations, proper manners, as well as enjoy art and music opportunities. 4 year old students will participate in “Show and Tell” often. This is a great way to get to know each other better, to encourage self-esteem and to practice public speaking and language skills. A daily snack is provided.
